Reminder: Motions & Nominations for 2011 Offroad AGM

This is a reminder that Motions and Nominations for the 2011 Offroad AGM must be submitted to the Offroad Commission email by Saturday 1st October at 1:00pm, any motions or nominations received after this date/time will not be accepted.

Please submit your Motions via e-mail to offroad.commission@gmail.com with the subject “2011 Offroad AGM motion”

Please submit your Nominations for election to the Offroad Commission via e-mail to offroad.commission@gmail.com with the subject “Offroad Commission nomination”

You MUST include your Cycling Ireland licence number and your full name.

Here is an example of a motion:
”I [Joe Bloggs] CI Licence number: []  propose that the XC National points series be the premier XC series each year and that all other proposed series be outside the NPS season”

Here is an example of a nomination:
” I [Joe Bloggs] CI Licence number: [] would like to nominate [John Doe] for the position of [insert proposed role/responsibility here]”
