The squad is made up of second year Under 16s, Juniors and Under 23s.  The 17 riders were provided with an overview then split into three groups for some cyclo-cross skills training.  After a tech talk and discussion about season planning and goal setting the group were put through a 30 minute mini race session.  Thanks to the coaches Mark Harvey, Alan Bingham and Graham Boyd.
