Deadline for entry for both events is Sunday 14 July 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The Downhill Championships are being held at Kilbroney, Rostrevor Co. Down by Rostrevor MTB Club.  A Technical Guide for the DH event is given <a href=\"http:\/\/www.offroadcyclingireland.ie\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Irish_National_DH_Championships_2019_Technical_Guide.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>. Cork by MBCC.
