{"id":3440,"date":"2012-08-13T17:34:04","date_gmt":"2012-08-13T16:34:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.offroadcyclingireland.ie\/wordpress\/?p=3440"},"modified":"2012-08-15T22:59:50","modified_gmt":"2012-08-15T21:59:50","slug":"request-for-motions-for-2012-offroad-agm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.offroadcyclingireland.ie\/wordpress\/2012\/08\/13\/request-for-motions-for-2012-offroad-agm\/","title":{"rendered":"Request for motions for 2012 Offroad AGM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Motions are now being accepted for the 2012 Offroad AGM, any Cycling Ireland members wishing to submit a motion for the upcoming Offroad AGM must do so by email.<\/p>\n<p>Please submit your motions via e-mail to <strong>offroad.commission@gmail.com\u00a0<\/strong>with the subject \u201c<em>2012 Offroad AGM motion<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The date of the Offroad AGM is Saturday 6th October, and will likely be held in in Taylor&#8217;s pub Rathfarnham, all details will be confirmed in due course.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Motions must be received by the Offroad Commission by Saturday 29th September at 1:00pm, any motions received after this date\/time will not be accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Submitting a motion to the AGM is your opportunity to influence how offroad cycling in Ireland is administered.<\/p>\n<p>Any successful motions relating to changes to Technical Regulations or formal Operating Procedures of Cycling Ireland have to be approved by the Board of Cycling Ireland.<\/p>\n<p>You <strong>MUST<\/strong> include your Cycling Ireland licence number and your full name.<\/p>\n<p>Here is an example of a motion:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201d I &lt;Joe Bloggs&gt; CI Licence number: &lt;12OV123&gt; propose the following changes..etc&#8230;..  \u201d<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Motions are now being accepted for the 2012 Offroad AGM, any Cycling Ireland members wishing to submit a motion for the upcoming Offroad AGM must do so by email.
