{"id":2745,"date":"2012-02-22T14:06:36","date_gmt":"2012-02-22T14:06:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.offroadcyclingireland.ie\/wordpress\/?p=2745"},"modified":"2012-02-28T10:53:08","modified_gmt":"2012-02-28T10:53:08","slug":"xc-nps-2012-rnd-1-cancelled","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.offroadcyclingireland.ie\/wordpress\/2012\/02\/22\/xc-nps-2012-rnd-1-cancelled\/","title":{"rendered":"XC NPS 2012 Round 1 Cancelled"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>XC NPS 1 which was originally scheduled for 15th April 2012 has unfortunately been cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>The first NPS (which will still be tagged as NPS #2) will be the first NPS of 2012, and will be run on 29th April by CuChulainn CC in the excellent venue of Bellurgan Park, checkout <a title=\"Bellurgan report\" href=\"http:\/\/www.madmtb.com\/wordpress\/2011\/04\/05\/nps-round-1-bellurgan-park\/\" target=\"_blank\">MADs report<\/a> from 2011<\/p>\n<p>Meantime, there&#8217;s still loads of XC racing opportunities, with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gravityenduro.ie\/\">Gravity Enduro<\/a> , <a title=\"Blitz\" href=\"http:\/\/www.biking.ie\/biking-blitz\">Biking Blitz<\/a> series, the <a title=\"G-Ride Trail Teaser (&amp; Leinster League Round 2)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.offroadcyclingireland.ie\/wordpress\/2012\/02\/09\/g-ride-trail-teaser-leinster-league-rnd-2\/\">G-Ride XC event<\/a> in a brand new venue, and of course the highly anticipated <a title=\"Racing795 Present Leinster League Round 1 2012.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.offroadcyclingireland.ie\/wordpress\/2012\/01\/20\/racing795-present-leinster-league-rnd-1-2012\/\">Racing795 race<\/a>\u00a0with their newly refurbished track which has made for brilliant racing in the past few years<\/p>\n<p>Note that the CuChulainn, G-Ride and Racing 795 races form the 3 rounds of the\u00a0Leinster League, you must attend all 3 rounds to be in with a chance to score points in the Leinster League table, so make sure to clear these dates in your diaries and set yourself up for some great early-season XC action!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Racing 795 (2012 trail preview):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Hriu6yT2YfA\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bellurgan (trail preview from 2011):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/21547401?title=0&amp;byline=0&amp;portrait=0\" width=\"425\" height=\"239\" frameborder=\"0\" webkitAllowFullScreen mozallowfullscreen allowFullScreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>XC NPS 1 which was originally scheduled for 15th April 2012 has unfortunately been cancelled.
