Downhill Development Day – EOI
Youth riders aged between 13 and 18 (up to and including Junior) are invited to express their interest in attending an upcoming Downhill Development/ information Day which will be held in Dublin on Saturday 3 January 2026. If you intend to ride internationally going forward and you intend putting yourself forward to selection on Irish Teams, then this is a must attend event. Ireland’s top Trade Team riders will be in attendance along with the Head Coach of Cycling Ireland’s High Performance unit.
Places are very limited for this. In the event that more applications are received than places are available, a selection process will take place.
Please complete this form with you and your parents/guardians contact details along with an outline of your racing history both domestically and internationally. We would also like to know your plans for 2026 and brief explanation of why you should be selected.

Closing date for applications is on or before Friday 19th December 2025.
Selected riders will be contacted on the 22/23rd December by email.
Riders must be available to attend with a parent or guardian on Saturday 3rd January 2026. Location will be confirmed once selections are made.
The hotel will be in the Dublin area.
